When seeking information from us, please let us know at least in which state, but preferably also the region or city, where you live.

This allows us to be more exact with our reply. It is not worthwhile giving you information about a service in north Queensland if you live near Perth or outside Hobart, for example.

This will save time and ensure the information provided is as relevant as possible.

We certainly make no claims to knowing everything [or even very much at times !] and if you pose an educational question there is no guarantee our suggestion will provide you with a satisfactory solution.
