[pl. glossaries] an alphabetical list of words relating to a specific subject, text, or dialect, with explanations.
- ORIGIN Latin glossarium, from glossa ‘explanation of a difficult word’.

Glossaries cover the complete range of knowledge areas. Everything from Acronyms to Zoology, including specific areas within larger topics, e.g. Art - Art terms, Art History, Rock Art, Art Movements, Medieval Art, Fine Art, … .

All glossaries are listed alphabetically below. The terms ‘A’, ‘The’, ‘The Glossary of’ have been omitted with only the specific topic used. Unless there is a special reason, no descriptors have been added.
