- If the information or advice sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Be careful !
- Try to check a number of sites to find whether the information remains basically the same;
- Try to find if the information is current. Something from ten years ago could now be totally wrong !
- Besides what it can do, check to see if you are told any negative effects;
- No matter how good you may think a site is, nothing beats a visit to a qualified practitioner, or specialist !
