If the information or advice sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Be careful !

Try to find if the information is current. Something from ten years ago could now be totally wrong !
Besides what it can do, check to see if you are told any negative effects;
No matter how good you may think a site is, nothing beats a visit to a qualified practitioner, or specialist !
