All states & territories have their own Departments of Education, though they may have different titles. In addition, there are major offices and commissions for the Catholic Education System, Technical and Further Education [TAFE] and many other educational bodies including those for curriculum, vocational education, university admissions and more. Teacher Registration bodies are found on the Teacher Employment page.
Again, titles for these vary between states and territories. States with larger populations often have a wider variety of these bodies.
This page gives access to departments, boards, commissions, authorities, institutes, TAFE colleges, … , from all Australian states & territories. Major bodies have been given priority Others will be added as time permits and it is felt they are worthwhile.
