Language - English

This page links to topics for Language teaching [English]. They provide access to information about each topic covered. On each page there is a range of sub-topics. For example : The English Language - history, Old English, Middle English, dialects, resources, … .

We have tried to combine all material about each topic on these pages, having links from related pages. With some small exceptions, we have succeeded in doing this.

Some parts of the previous version have been modified, while other sections have now been separated. Other topics have been added. Quotations has been moved to General Reference and the previous Presentations page has been spread across several pages including Oral Language [Debating] and Meetings. A section of the previous Writing page related to citation methodology has moved to the Study Skills page.

As page titles clearly indicate the content, we have not added descriptors. Click on the page title to go to the page.
